Built from evidence.
Structured by HDX.
Housedex organizes compatible observations into purpose-built signals, indexes and market views. HDX Core is the private research layer; Housedex is the public interpretation layer.
01 · Evidence
Provider statistics retain their attribution and limitations.
02 · Signal
A defined condition with matched geography, segment and period.
03 · Index
A specific question, not an interchangeable score for the entire market.
04 · Market view
Related readings interpreted together without hiding their differences.
05 · Product
Charts, comparisons, briefings and approved-output widgets.
Credibility before complexity.
The latest private review compared proposed construction indicators with existing measures across compatible metropolitan groups. Related measures may describe different conditions; correlation does not establish prediction or temporal stability.
Three construction candidates remain under review. An unqualified national construction-start momentum leaderboard is withheld because small comparison bases can exaggerate percentage growth. Those candidates are not counted among the eight released families.
Missing inputs are withheld, ties remain ties, and higher rankings are not automatically better markets. No overall best-city, investment rating or validated forecast is published.
Public interpretation. Private research.
Public readings show meaning, scope, applicable periods and material limitations. Detailed acquisition systems, formulas, weights, calibration and internal research traces remain private. Published outputs can still be inspected or analysed.
HDX pilots are descriptive and not predictively validated. They are not individualized financial, mortgage, investment or real-estate advice. Mandatory source attribution remains; confidentiality is not a reason to omit it.
